While the majority of our digital assets and model files are delivered instantly worldwide, our physical apparel and merchandise are custom-produced on demand. If your country is not available at checkout, please reach out to our team.

🛠️ Production & Delivery Time

Each physical item is made to order and produced by fulfillment partners closest to your delivery address to ensure fast, efficient transit.

• Production Time: 2–5 business days.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because all physical apparel is custom-printed to order, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us promptly with photo evidence, and we will work with you to reach a fair resolution or arrange a replacement.
